SUMMERPROJECT; The Story

Irene the typical city girl...
...found a random place in the middle of her fatigue of city-sphere.
"I'm gonna have an escape, from my mind."
She feels so free, just like a bird.
Enjoy the breeze.
She sails through the river like a madame.
Above the logs, she greets Miss Sunshine.
She found her new playground.
One word; fun.

SUMMERPROJECT #1

finally, we made it!
it's been a long long dream for me and my fellow Nina, to hv a random summer photoshoots in a random place. every school-long-holiday time since our 10th grade, we were always talk about it, but we never made it, dan selalu nyadarnya baru akhir liburan waktu udah mepet masuk sekolah hahaha!
and thennn, this year's Ramadhan Holiday, we finally made it *hurray.
modal keseloan dan keisengan, we kidnapped our friend Irene in the middle of very bright noon, and sharp drive towards the south. after a long drive (sampe gempor kaki gueh), then we found this place above the bridge, with a vast river and grasses. somewhere in south YK, arah ke Parangtritis.
been in YK for 18 yrs, and I still discover sumthin new. super awsum!

clear sky along the bridge. what a feeling!
super lucky there were a 'getek' sailing along the river. jump in!
climb up up up to the road. changing venue~

the 2nd venue is super dry.
but we're happy. :D

let's explore the city!

CREATIVE SPACES

Let's say you have an ace idea. It might be for a gallery exhibition, or a pop-up vintage clothes shop, or a home-grown veggie market - anything really. Ideas are great and all in your head, but how do you turn them into fully fledged projects? One of the most important things is trying to find a space.
Look no further thanCreative Spaces. This is a new government-run website where you can search for empty spaces by location, or sign up your own creative space. You can either take a desk there for a long period of time, or just use it for a couple of days as a rehearsal or photography studio. Some of them you can rent, others you trade things for (ie - working in their gallery for one day a week). To find the right one to suit your project, you can search either by location or by the type of space. For an example, the space shown here is 'The Warehouse' in Richmond, Melbourne. You can view their listing here.
What a great idea, eh? Now only if they had a space for creative spaces. Now that'san idea.
